We don’t ask for any payment or donation when you place your order. You’ll simply pay the driver (cash or your preferred method) when they arrive and everything looks good to you. It’s completely commitment-free until delivery!
Everything is handled right through our website. Just place your order, pick your time slot, and you’ll get real-time GPS tracking of your driver once they’re on the way. They’ll arrive discreetly, go over everything with you, and finish up the payment then.

We currently deliver throughout Monroe County and some surrounding areas. Just pop your zip code in at checkout and we’ll let you know if we can reach you.
We offer free delivery anywhere within our standard delivery radius in Rochester/Monroe County. For areas just outside that zone, or hard to reach locations, we add a small $20 fee to help cover the extra travel—thank you for understanding! We will reach out to you if we need to add the fee to complete your order
All orders come in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or labels. Our drivers use everyday vehicles and keep things low-key for your privacy.
Since we don’t have a phone line, the quickest way is to place a new order if your plans change. We just ask for at least 60 minutes’ notice before your chosen time slot starts so we can adjust smoothly—thank you for helping us keep things on track!
Please try to be ready during the time slot you picked—it helps everything go smoothly for you and the driver. If something comes up, just let us know as early as you can. Multiple incidents could result in being banned from our services.
We offer same-day delivery Monday–Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM. Choose the slot that works best for you when ordering—as long as you submit before that slot begins, you’re locked in and we’ll get it to you during that window (usually within 1–2 hours, depending on your area and availability).
We happily accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Bitcoin. Just let your driver know your preference when they arrive—whatever’s easiest for you!
We’re here Monday through Saturday, 11 AM to 9 PM. We take Sundays off to give the team a little rest.
