What is the minimum age requirement to order cannabis products?
Customers must be at least 21 years old to place an order. Age verification is conducted upon delivery, and valid identification is required.
How does the delivery process work?
After placing an order through the website or mobile app, customers can schedule a 60-minute delivery window. Once the driver picks up the order, customers receive an email and text with the driver’s contact information and live tracking details. Keep in mind orders placed just before the beginning of a time slot may get deferred to the next slot if the driver is already on a delivery, so please order in advance to secure your slot.
What are the delivery hours and days of operation?
The delivery service operates from 11:00 am to 9 pm, 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. We are closed on sundays.
What payment methods do you accept?
Flower City Nugs accepts cash, Cash App, or Bitcoin/Crypto at the time of delivery. Payment is made directly to the driver upon delivery.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $100 for local deliveries. Deliveries outside of Monroe County may have different order minimums.
Do you offer pick-ups as well as delivery?
Due to new and current legal restrictions all deliveries must be made to a private residence. Orders placed at a public location will be cancelled.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, all orders are packaged in plain, unmarked white gift bags to ensure discretion.
What should I do if there is an issue with my delivery?
For any issues, customers can contact Flower City Nugs by reaching out to the driver’s cell number provided during the delivery process. Customers can also email support, found on the support page and a response will be given within 7 days.
